PCM Sales, Inc.

Case Information:

This is a Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) case brought by a former account manager/account executive/inside sales representative for PCM Sales, Inc.   The lawsuit claims that PCM Sales, Inc. wrongfully classified its account managers/account executives/inside sales employees as exempt from overtime pay under the FLSA.  We are requesting class certification and judicially supervised notice to all of PCM’s account managers/inside sales employees.

Employers that violate the FLSA are subject to double damages for all of the wages they failed to pay their workers. Employers are also responsible for an employee’s attorneys’ fees and costs if the employee prevails.  In the lawsuit, we are seeking to represent a class of PCM Sales, Inc.’s account managers/account executives/inside sales employees and are requesting lost wages, liquidated (double) damages, injunctive relief, attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses.
